Ready to embark on a journey towards enhanced health and wellness? Say hello to our new Be Well Vermont wellness platform and mobile app, powered by Virgin Pulse.

All Blue Cross Vermont members ages 21 and older have access to our new Be Well Vermont platform. If you receive health insurance through your employer, members ages 18 and older have access. All you need is your member ID number to sign up and get started. If you used our previous wellness platform, you’ll need to create a new account on Virgin Pulse, which only takes a few minutes.

Platform Features

Our new Be Well Vermont platform is fully customizable to fit your goals and preferences. You can choose which health and wellness topics you’re interested in and receive personalized daily tips. 

It includes a top-rated mobile app that you can use to monitor your progress from anywhere and get daily inspiration on the go.

Other features include:

  • Track healthy habits. Keep track of the number of hours you sleep, your daily steps, mood levels, and workouts. You can choose from hundreds of other healthy activities to create your own set of good habits to work on.
  • Connect wearable devices. Sync your Fitbit or other wellness device to automatically download data to the wellness platform and display your stats in a convenient dashboard. Virgin Pulse syncs to more than 90 percent of the wearable devices on the market.
  • Journey to better health. Embark on multi-day journeys toward goals like reducing stress or strengthening your financial fitness. The platform is your digital coach, automatically providing you with a daily task that moves you closer to your goal.
  • Nutrition and sleep guides. Learn more about how to eat healthy and sleep better. You can tailor the guides to fit your lifestyle, set goals to work on, and track progress on achieving them.
  • Healthy recipes. Get ideas for healthy meals and build a weekly meal plan. You can also make a shopping list to use when you’re at the grocery store.
  • Health assessment. Take a short survey to assess your health and receive a personalized report with recommendations.
  • My Care Checklist. Receive suggestions for preventive screenings and immunizations, tests, and other medical care based on your health conditions. You’ll get reminders about when items are due and can track which ones have been completed. 
  • Challenge yourself and others. Create a personal challenge for a healthy habit to work on and invite friends to participate with you. Use the platform to chat with other challenge participants, share your images, and exchange tips for staying active.
  • Media library. Watch an extensive collection of wellness educational videos on topics like emotional balance, meditation, and personal growth.
