Online Bill Payment

Important: Blue Cross Vermont will never call you to ask for personal information like your Social Security number, bank account information, or credit card number.


We offer several convenient ways for making your premium payment. 

Employer GroupsIndividual, Family and Medicare MembersNew Customers
  • The above options are only available for individual and family, employer group, and Medicare supplemental plan members to pay their premiums.
  • If you are enrolled in a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont employer-provided plan, speak with your employer about paying your premium. 
  • If you are enrolled in one of our health plans through Vermont Health Connect (VHC), you can find detailed instructions on how to get started with your payments on our VHC member payments webpage.

Payment Options

  • Log in or create an account with M&T Bank, using the appropriate button below (Employer Group or Individual, Family and Medicare Member)
  • Select the gear image in the upper right corner of the webpage; when this menu opens, choose Profile Settings
  • Select the Notifications tab; then select the Paperless Billing button
  • Use your checking account, credit or debit card for payment (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted)
  • Set up recurring payments through your checking account, or make a one-time guest payment
  • Make payments with Text-to-Pay
  • Pay premiums for multiple accounts with easy account linking
  • Over-the-phone (individual/family plans only)
  • Via mail, following the instructions on your invoice.

You will need your most recent Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont invoice and your payment information (bank account, credit card, or debit card) to pay your bill online. 

Note: To make a payment to your account, you will leave the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont website and enter M&T Bank's online payment site. Follow the directions on the page for creating an account.
