Blue Sky VT Days

Get outside and take advantage of the beautiful days Vermont has to offer year-round.

Blue Sky VT Days

In-Person Events & Virtual Challenge

Throughout the year, we host in-person events around the state to encourage you to do an activity you love or try something new. We also support local organizations that help make outdoor activities and wellness more accessible for Vermonters. If you can't join us in person, you can always participate virtually. Take us along for your outdoor adventures by sharing photos with us on social media or via email. Find out more about upcoming in-person events, the virtual challenge and our community partners below.

We hope to see you at an upcoming Blue Sky VT Days event! Visit our community events calendar for a full list  of upcoming events.

This Season (July-September 2024)

Kayak Days

Join us on July 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Prouty Beach, Newport for free kayaking! We’ll have free boat rentals and personal flotation devices, giveaways for the first 50 attendees, lawn games, healthy snacks, and drinking water.

Virtual Challenge

Get outside this summer and post! For every post that we’re tagged in on Facebook or Instagram this season, we’ll donate $5 to Camp Exclamation Point.  Don’t have social media? No worries. You can also participate by sending an email to events@bcbsvt.com

Enter to Win a Prize

In September, we’ll randomly pick one submission to receive a new kayak, paddle, and personal flotation device - a package valued at more than $900. You can share as many photos as you like — the more you post, the better your chances of winning.
