Federal Employee Program (FEP)

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Federal Employee Program (FEP) provides health insurance to the federal employee workforce. If you are an FEP member, or are looking for more information about their plans, visit FEPblue.org.

  • Enroll in incentive & wellness programs and earn rewards via MyBlue Account
  • Take advantage of numerous discount programs
  • Order an ID card
  • View and/or print Explanations of Benefits (EOB)
  • Download the current Service Benefit Plan Brochure or order a printed copy
