Our Member Resource Center provides helpful information, including eligibility, claims and approvals. You also can access forms and send secure messages.

Starting the new year often means new health goals and possibly a new benefit plan. It’s natural to have questions, and we’re here to help. Before picking up the phone, check out our Member Resource Center. 

This online self-service portal provides secure access to information about your eligibility, coverage, claims and other account details. The Member Resource Center is easy to use, often answering your questions in just a few minutes. Read on to learn how to register and more about this tool’s many features.

My Profile

After registering, a good place to start is the My Profile tab. Here, you can check to see if your plan is active, view your primary care provider, or order an ID card. 

If you need proof of health insurance coverage, you can view and print it. Our Member Resource Center gives you access to the same document you would receive if you had called Member Services. You can also use it to access care if ID cards are not ready.

Benefits/Coverage Details

If you have questions about your health benefits, our Member Resource Center can help. Simply click on the Benefits/Coverage Details tab. You can view an outline of coverage that lists out-of-pocket costs and limitations for specific services. These include services like office visits, acupuncture, telemedicine, and vision care.

Claims & Summary of Health Plan Payments

Under this tab, you can view claims activity for the past 18 months. You can search for a specific claim or activity within a specific date range. We provide information about claims processing status and amount as well as your cost and payments. You also can see how much has been applied toward your annual deductible and out-of-pocket costs. 

Medical claims information is available directly from our Member Resource Center. For prescription claims, click on the Pharmacy Center link to visit our Vermont Blue Rx patient portal.  


This tab helps you manage a health savings account (HSA) or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) if you have one through MyMoney. It provides information about these benefits, including eligible expenses and how to use your account to cover them. You also can view information about contributions and payments. Forms and Authorizations

The Forms tab houses documents you can fill out electronically and submit to us for quicker processing. You can notify us of other insurance or enroll in our Better Beginnings® program for expectant mothers. These are some of the many options we offer.

Some services, like sleep studies and specialty drugs, require prior approval. The Authorizations tab provides a full list of these services. You also can view the status of requests on your behalf. When approved, you can view and print a confirmation letter if you’d like to bring it to your appointment.

Secure Messaging

If you need help, our Member Resource Center offers secure messaging. Simply explain what you’re looking for. You do not need to include your contact information or member number. The system does this for you. Our team will respond in one business day. You can also mark your request urgent to hear back from us as quickly as possible. 

You can direct inquiries to a specific department, like Appeals or Case Management. Customer Service is a good place to start if you’re not sure of the department. We’ll make sure your message gets to the right place.
