David Yoo

Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Business Technology

On August 6, 2021 David Yoo joined BlueCross BlueShield of Vermont as Chief Information Officer. He comes to Vermont from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. Yoo grew up in Minnesota and lived in California while creating and managing digital products at Kaiser Permanente. His career in Information Technology has taken him through companies that vary in size and scope, from retail, integrated health care, heath care startups, and financial services.
