Dr. Kimberly Quinn is a dynamic psychology professor at Champlain College in Burlington, VT, where she has been teaching for 14 years. She designed the course “Mindcraft: Become the Boss of Your Brain” in response to the increasing rates of anxiety and depression among young adults, teaching them how to become less anxious, happier, and to live their best lives.

Dr. Quinn speaks at colleges, universities, and organizations nationwide on topics related to well-being. She has delivered two TEDx talks and is a contributing writer for Psychology Today. She and her husband, now recent empty-nesters of five amazing young adults, live in northern Vermont with their golden retriever, Giovanni, and their goats, Hamlet and King Lear.
