Customer Insights Group
Join our member panel and share your voice to help us continually improve the products and services you need.
As part of our commitment to make health care work better for Vermonters, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont is establishing a Customer Insights Group, compiled of members age 22-64. Through this member panel, participants take part in survey research on an ongoing basis, helping us gather important information and data that influences and informs strategic business decisions.
We strive to create a positive feedback loop with participating members and form a deeper understanding of our members wants, needs, and issues. We want to hear your feedback and insights and encourage your participation.
- Opt-in to join the Customer Insights Group using our online form; complete the registration process.
- Participate in surveys throughout the year (anticipated at 10-12 annually) and provide your honest feedback.
- Survey can be used to help Blue Cross learn more about your wellness and product needs, wants, and struggles; to better understand awareness and/or interest in our programs; to conduct advertising and product studies; to gather opinions and feedback on other topics or issue; and to understand how we best communicate with members.
- Group members will be eligible to win gift cards several times throughout the year from their participation.
