To meet the increasing need for mental health and substance use disorder providers, we’ve partnered with Valera Health and Amwell® to increase access to mental health care providers for our members. Valera Health provides comprehensive treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), while Amwell offers online sessions with psychiatrists and other therapists for a wide range of conditions.

Amwell provides 24/7, virtual access to a psychologist or counselor via their mobile app or website. You can schedule an appointment with a provider online at bluecrossvt.amwell.com, using the service code VERMONT.

Valera Health

Providing a comprehensive, collaborative care team approach, Valera Health offers virtual therapy and psychiatry services for adults and children (aged six and older). Their clinicians are available via their mobile app or on a computer, and will work with you to create a treatment plan to meet your goals.
