To meet the increasing need for mental health and substance use disorder providers, we’ve partnered with SonderMind®, Valera Health®, and Amwell® to increase access to mental health care providers for our members. Valera Health provides comprehensive treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), while Amwell offers online sessions with psychiatrists and other therapists for a wide range of conditions. SonderMind has in-person or virtual support options.

Amwell provides 24/7, virtual access to a psychologist or counselor via their mobile app or website. You can schedule an appointment with a provider online at bluecrossvt.amwell.com, using the service code VERMONT.

SonderMind can help members find a provider in their area, or connect them virtually. Once connected with a provider, members can coordinate session and track progress online.
They can assist members aged six years old and older. If a member is under age six, contact Sondermind to discuss the specific situation.
Providing a comprehensive, collaborative care team approach, Valera Health offers virtual therapy and psychiatry services for adults and children (aged 12 and older). Their clinicians are available via their mobile app or on a computer, and will work with you to create a treatment plan to meet your goals.
