How We Can Help
Through this service, our pharmacists are here to provide objective, focused support when and how you need it. We work directly with you to help you with patient-specific clinical decisions, academic detailing, and prescribing guidelines. In addition, we can support you through:
- Written communications: We provide you with up-to-date information on new drugs, guidelines, and disease management that includes patient information specific to your practice. We will send these communications to you via fax, email, and phone.
- Webinars: Our webinars connect you with other local and national experts and provide details on timely topics.
- Personalized presentations: We provide your practice with personalized continuing education, academic detailing and learning opportunities based on your patients and their specific needs, and we review data and create action plans for your patient panels.
- Patient-specific plans: We work 1:1 with your patients and provide them with medication and lifestyle management tips and best practices. We also create action plans for you to review with your patients.
