Apple Days has become a traditional celebration of fall in Vermont! Picking apples is a great way to connect with Vermont’s fresh local food traditions — and it doesn’t get any fresher than straight off the tree.

This year we will be hosting a lottery for our beloved Apple Days! Entries will be accepted through Monday, September 11. Once the lottery is closed, we'll pick 2,000 lucky winners. Winners will be mailed their vouchers for one free peck of apples that they may redeem at any of the participating orchards listed below.
Apple Days vouchers are only valid from September 23 to October 8. Anyone age 18 or older is eligible to receive one voucher; limit one peck per person.
The 2023 lottery is now closed. Winners will be notified as soon as possible.

Don't forget to share photos from your Apple Days adventures on Facebook or Instagram and tag Blue Cross Vermont! For every apple picking post we’re tagged in through October 8, 2023, we’ll donate the cost of a peck of apples to the Vermont Foodbank.
