New E-Payment Options for Members

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont groups and direct enroll individual subscribers can save time, money and resources with new e-payment options.
We’ve partnered with People’s United Bank® to offer our customers new, easier ways to schedule and make their premium payments online. As of October 1, our subscribers may now:
- Pay with a credit or debit card
- Select guest, one-time or recurring payments
- Link family members’ plans (so they can pay from a single account)
- Make payments with Text to Pay
Plus, our direct enroll individual subscribers also have the option to pay by IVR (over-the-phone).
